D'oh

Aah, I'm so naughty. I've only been blogging for a month and I'm already missing posts?! What the heck is wrong with me, anyway.

I could try to blame it on work, but I won't. My boss allowed me to have some overtime so I've been working long days, but I know that's hardly an excuse. Sadly, if I try to remember what I was doing on the days I was supposed to be blogging, my mind draws a blank. So whatever it was, it must not have been very important.

So what do you write about when you've missed a week and a half of posting? Why can't I get the double rainbow song out of my head? And what do you do when your pet snake decides to slither onto the keyboard and help you blog?

Answers;
A. Write about something that doesn't really matter but is hopefully entertaining nonetheless.
B. It's catchy and well done. Listen to it again.
C. Return her to her rightful place around your shoulders. It's very difficult to type with an 80-gram snake slithering her way through your Qwertys.
C.2. Even more difficult when she tries to go down your shirt. 'Nuff said.

Perhaps some day in the not-too-distant future I'll include pictures of my lovely pets. I may or may not be adding another family member soon, we'll have to see what the love in my life thinks about having another tank in the office and whether the guy really wants to find the pet in question a new home. And I'll have to see if I can stomach feeding an adorable live rat to a ball python once every two months. Oops, I may have said too much....moving on.

Have I mentioned that I love to type? I could literally sit at the computer for hours, typing every thought that comes to my noggin and I would never get bored. Trust me, I've tried. Now, just because it's not boring to me doesn't mean that it's not boring to anyone who reads it. So far that I know, I haven't caused any boredom deaths yet (darn it, there she goes on the keyboard again) but I'm still young.

Can anyone explain to me how I can be living like a college student with every paycheck going entirely to bills and food if I'm not going to school? Hmmm.

Speaking of which, I'm off to pay bills. I'll try to post on time next week....but no promises. >.>
